Welcome to Neuskin, where we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetic treatments in a safe, professional, and comfortable environment. By booking an appointment or utilising our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Services Provided:
Neuskin offers a range of aesthetic treatments including but not limited to facials, and skin treatments. Services may be subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services.

Eligibility:
Clients must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment. Certain treatments may have additional age restrictions or health requirements that will be communicated during the consultation.

APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS 

Booking an Appointment:
Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposit Requirements:
A deposit of £25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service on the day of your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable unless we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (see Cancellation Policy below).

 Appointment Confirmation:
Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Please review the details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or changes.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellation by Client:
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you notify us at least [48 hours] prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.

  • If you cancel or reschedule less than [48 hours] before your appointment, you will lose your booking fee, and will be charged a further booking fee to secure the next appointment made. 

  • If you fail to attend your appointment (no-show), you will be charged the full cost of the treatment booked.

Cancellation by Neuskin:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible. If we cancel, your deposit will be refunded or applied to your rescheduled appointment.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Methods:
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, cash, or online bank transfer. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Booking fees will be redeemable against the payment made on the day.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be provided in the event of a cancellation by us. All other payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

CONFIDENTIALITY 

Confidentiality:
We take the privacy of our clients seriously. Any personal or medical information provided will be treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

REFER A FRIEND SCHEME 

Eligibility

  • The Refer a Friend offer is available to existing Neuskin clients with a treatment history at the clinic.

  • Referred friends must be new clients who have never received a treatment at Neuskin.

Referral Credit

  • The referring client will receive a 20% credit once the referred friend completes their first treatment.

  • Credit is added to the referring client’s account within 24–48 hours after the new client’s appointment.

New Client Discount

  • Referred friends will receive 10% off their first treatment with a minimum spend of £45.

  • Discount must be redeemed at the time of booking or appointment and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Redemption

  • Referral credit can be used toward any treatment at Neuskin but cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Credit is non-transferable and must be used within 6 months of issue.

Referral Process

  • The referred friend must mention the referrer’s full name when booking their first appointment to qualify.

  • Referrals submitted after the appointment cannot be honoured.

Multiple Referrals

  • Clients may refer as many friends as they like. There is no cap on the number of referral credits that can be earned.

Abuse of Offer

Neuskin reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards in the event of suspected abuse or misuse of the program.

MEMBERSHIPS

By subscribing to a Neuskin Membership, you agree to the following terms:

Payment & Billing

  • Membership fees are collected monthly via Direct Debit using GoCardless.

  • Payments are processed on the 1st of each month.

  • Upon successful payment, you will be entitled to your membership benefits for that calendar month.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • You are free to cancel your membership at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellation must be requested at least 5 working days before the 1st (to allow GoCardless to process the cancellation in time).

  • If cancellation is made after this point, the next payment may still be taken, and your membership will end at the close of that paid month.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions within a paid month.

 

Membership Benefits

  • Membership benefits (such as treatments or discounts) are only valid while your membership is active and payments are up to date.

  • Benefits do not roll over to the following month if unused.

 

Failed or Missed Payments

  • If your Direct Debit payment fails, access to your membership benefits will be paused until payment is successfully received.

  • Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of your membership.

 

Price Changes & Updates

  • Neuskin reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or included treatments. You will be given a minimum of 30 days’ notice before any changes take effect.

 

Fair Use & Abuse

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered client.

  • Misuse of membership privileges may result in termination without refund.

 

Contact & Communication

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [insert your business email].

  • By subscribing, you agree to receive communications related to your membership via email or SMS.
